Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yep. We can ship to PO Box, commercial and residential postal addresses.

Can I track my order?

Sure can. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll whizz you across a confirmation email with your tracking details. Just use this nifty little tracking number to track your order.

Can I arrange a safe drop delivery?

To keep your precious Baebe order as safe as can be, all parcels are sent with a signature required on delivery. If you’d prefer a safe drop or authority to leave, you can change the delivery method once your tracking number has been processed by going through the courier service website.

Just so you know, if safe drop is selected, Baebe and our couriers take no responsibility or liability for your order once it’s been delivered and left unattended.

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address - now what?

Oh no! Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to fix things up. Unfortunately, if an incorrect shipping address is provided, this may result in your order being sent to the wrong address, in which case it will be unrecoverable.

What do I do if my order is lost/damaged in transit?

We take a whole lotta care to pack every order safely, so they arrive at their destination damage-free. Once your item has been shipped, Baebe can’t accept responsibility or any loss or damage caused in transit. We do however encourage you to contact us if anything happens, so we can do our best to help you out.

My order says it’s been delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

How weird! If this happens, contact your local post office to find out more info and to lodge an enquiry. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds on items that our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.
