At Baebe, we want you to be over the moon with your purchase and be able to shop with confidence. While we’re sure you’re gonna love your order, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the time you receive the goods.
All you need to do is shoot us an email at email@example.com within the 14-day timeframe and we’ll get straight onto it.
Ok, so there are a few things we can’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds on:
- items that are marked down or purchased during a sale
- Items for which proof of purchase can’t be verified
- items purchased from a By Baebe stockist - you'll need to contact the store directly
- products (including packaging) that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear
- By Baebe does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’
- Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery
To ensure a nice and smooth process, we recommend that you return your product(s) via Registered Post and prepay all postage. We don’t take responsibility for goods that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit, so it’s best to insure your parcel. Finally, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items.
We take our product quality super seriously. In the unlikely event that your item has a fault, we’ll want to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Let us know about the issue by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org (if you can include some photos showing the problem, that’d be sweet).
If your item is deemed faulty, we'll refund, exchange or replace it free of charge and cover the postage to get it to you. It’s the least we can do!

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 working days for exchanges/refunds/credit notes to be processed. We’ll aim to keep updated on the status of your return, so you know where we’re at.
